Xiaomi don't know what they are doing really a4 the lowest is getting way better specs than their 13c 14c I bet 15c is gonna be not worth it they better not include 2g 32gb or 3gb 64g versions we not in 2020

For it's price IMO I would choose second handed phone here In Indonesia about 90 euro you can get maybe redmi note 10 pro or remi note 10 5g or redmi note 11

The only advantage this phone has is a chip for that price. not for gaming but for general use it is much better than any other on the budget market. Besides if we consider playing 20$ more to get 680/690/695

Older midrange & budget chipsets have 4K recording capabilities. Eg. SD625, SD665, SD720G, helio G90T etc.
But new chipsets unfortunately don't have 4K capabilities. May be they are demanding to sell expensive chipsets.
Eg. SD695 5G, SD685, SD4 Gen, Helio G99 etc
