Try to enter Xiaomi community on Xiaomi web page and see if they can help you.
This is a great phone anyway.

Iam using this phone for nearly 1 and half year... at beginning it was a very good phone...best for gaming, good camera quality mainly good battery performance...until I get an update from MIUI...After getting an update.......battery was draining quickly......some time mobile gets heated....some time multi touch is not responding properly....little unrespose for 4 finger gaming...so if u have idea of buying this...pls buy..but don't update MIUI.....kind advise

The reason screen goes black on this phone is because of the pop up camera because you tap too hard the internals will be damaged so don’t click too hard on this phone risk is a bit too high
