Got this on November 2019 and still using it in 2025. What a phone! Changed the battery last month and it feels new again, easily 7+ hours SOT. Planning to upgrade, which is very reasonable but I can't find something worthy of a replacement. I want something that has a unique feature. (Like the pop-up camera) Considered Mi 11 ultra but SD 888 seems to be a hassle. Now, I am stuck on what to choose. Every phone feels the same now.

I mean... look at the design.
No camera bump, telescope included, decent size (not huge or too small), decent chip and battery, front camera hidden (no bezels), headphone jack included, durable..
Have we been brainwashed by manufactures and youtubers that latest trend is better when in fact not?
Clearly, this design was superior than most latest smartphones around!

Funny but I got bored of latest smartphones, and am looking for the device as well.
Don't you think it was such a great device??
It was real tough (according to JerryRigEverything), can hide front camera, good processor and good battery.
I mean look at design from latest smartphones... they are ugly (huge camera bumps), not that durable, no headphone jack and most of them don't even have telescope.
We are kinda being brainwashed by manufactures these days to think that latest trend is better than past, but is it really??

I bought it at 2019, till now still work well,but the batery actually need to change because it cant work around 1 day.
Overall redmi k20 pro is good for me, now im looking for k80 pro, hope the feeling is same.

I had the same issue. Got fixed after replacing the old battery with a new one. The problem is gone and the backup has increased too. ☺️

Because mine. I have an issue with battery or idk
Because when it drop to 20 percent the phone quickly turn 0 percent then turnoff automatically I've try to turn it on the phone show 0 percent battery
How to fix this thing 😭😞 pls help

I purchased this phone in July 2019.
I'm very pleased with it.
It works perfectly, although I had to replace the battery 8 months ago.

Before buying please confirm it does not have any physical damage i mean if the seller doesn't mention any
Other than that there nothing to be worried of
I'm saying this from my 5 year user experience
No need to worry about the software i mean if it's not rooted or anything
I never felt any software or hardware issues it still feels like new one
I have replaced the battery once because of battery drain I'm heavy user
