The built-in screen recorder for this phone does not record sound on video chat for both sides even when the settings are set to record system sounds which is it doesn't for video calls which is not good and it can usually get heated up at times. Not good.

This phone actually looks better than the Poco F5 Pro / Redmi K60. Also it has faster charging too!

The Xiaomi Redmi K50 Pro phone does not record audio during a video call, and also with the system sounds that it gives doesn't work at all and it's the same as mute. All other phones can record video chat with screen and audio at the same time when the system sound settings is on, but the Xiaomi Redmi K50 Pro doesn't, why?How do you get the screen recorder to record video calls with sound on both sides for Xiaomi K50 Pro?

Why doesn't Xiaomi Redmi K50 Pro screen recorder record video chat calls with sound when the system sounds option is selected? All the other phones do.

Why doesn't Xiaomi phones record video chat calls with sound? It has a built-in screen recorder with a selection to record with system sounds, but it doesn't record any sound during video chatting when other phones with the built-in screen recorder with a system sounds option selected on that do. I think it's a poo poo phone.

My opinion is that the phone is okay, but it doesn't hold the battery charge after being quickly charged so that means after around 6 hours or so, the phone has to be charged again. I also have two questions, why isn't the battery endurance rating posted on this GSMArena app? Also, how do you get the Xiaomi Redmi K50 Pro screen recorder to record video calls with sound on both sides?

Nice phone for the price with a QHD display. Only bad thing is the 2MP macro camera instead of a telephoto.

So, what kind of a user wants to take the K50 Pro, give it a pop-up selfie and add the wired headset (read 3.5 mm audio jack)? Oh, and this user does not want 5G because 5G tech was and is pushed because of IOTs (internet of things) such as your glorious fridge. You are not a thing and 5G is not good for your health, mental or otherwise. I am very glad to see both 4G and 5G phones being offered and am beginning to think Chinese understand the phone market rather well. Finally, the user wishing to make K50 Pro into the perfect phone is ambiguous about water protection certification and is willing to take it or leave it -- that is, make it an extra-cost option. Oh, don't use the phone components that run so hot the performance is throttled down right into the last year's model territory. Yes, this fictitious user (that is me but not alone) is smart enough to see through this crap and will stay away from buying any phone with phoney performance, in my case the last three generations.

User idk, 18 Aug 2022Hi guys i thinking purchase the Redmi k50 pro but idk this ... moreiphone is complete garbage this phone destroys even the latest iphone in speedtest ,screen quality,battery life ,overheating,gaming performance and software aspects what do you think it will do to an iphone 3 years older.The only updates the iphone receives are to slow it down so that the battery can last for more than 3 hours no real changes in ios. basically a reskined version every year.

Apples tends to support phones for more than 5 years of updates and upgrades. While xiaomi does 1 or 2 upgrades. So its not the same. iPhone 11 is better.
