so dis appointed returned puchased unit becuase it cant send and receive messages and same problem with the exchanged item so waste of money to buy it was highly recommended by the promoter but so stressful in returning ... i wont even recommend to use it

I just realized one of the major causes of app crashes is the Memory Extension Option! Disable it it & there will be less or no app crashes & phone will perform better!

The only thing that is better in the Xiaomi is the video stabilization and camera specs!
Would not buy again!

I just got miui 13 the features are beautiful and new,but battery drain so fast before this update battery timing was ausome,before this update screen time was 10 hours and after the update 6 and half hours. I am very very disappointed with update.please don't install this worse update till the solution find.i request the xaoimi company to solve the problem otherwise stop the update to safe the redmi note 10 holders.

Been using this phone for almost a year but all I can say is the system is very smooth. Battery is really good, very reliable device.

Dear Team, i have check this microphone on a redmi mobile note 10, at 1st day it work perfectly but a next day it is not working. then i feel that if i restore my phone then it will be work. after restoring my phone it is again work perfectly at 1st day but after this it is not working.
All these are happend when i download and install the latest update 2 days ago in my mobile phone, kindly fix this bug in redmi note 10 so we can use it happily, thanks.

Xiaomi sucks all that update did was kill my phone

I have updated my phone to latest 13.0.9 version. But after restarting the phone to update it when i check for update it again says to restart,
i have restarted multi time but this restart option is not going from miui update.

I am Pakistani and l have redmi note 10 which is working better.
