GSMer, 31 Jan 2022I tried them all, but when get installed and I open the app... moreSeems like you can only install Mi Dialer & Contacts via root with magisk or unlocking bootloader then flashing either China Rom or regions that have Mi Apps preinstalled(SEA Countries not sure which). Also in Xiaomi dot eu roms via TWRP.

GSMer, 30 Jan 2022My phone is still under warranty so I don't want to tr... moreYou can download Mi Dialer & Messenger on legit 3rd party apk sites like Apkmirror or Apkpure then manually install them on your phone. Then set them as default dialer & messenger.

I hate the phone app and dialer app on this phone to be google stock, very outdated interface, no speed dial, white calling screen with very primitive view and much more... I tried to install many other dialer apps but they all seem to have bugs and irreliable even true phone app some times registers a contact's call without name just the number in the call log. My brother's redmi note 9 has a much better and more elegant design and functionality. Does anybody know how to install redmi note 9 dialer app on redmi note 10? Or any other reliable and consistent dialer app to work on redmi note 10 other than true phone and those bad apps?

Excellent xiaomi redmi note 10. A lot of people complain. My mobile phone works quickly, no braking. Great for that money. Super amoled screen, fast charger, great battery and camera.

total waste of time. hopeless another xiaomi crap. too laggy, too slow, heating problem, software problem, problem, problem. xiaomi pls stop make new phone and remember mi 5 era.

After updating to miui 12.5.9 the front camera, speakers, microphone all stopped working.

GSMer, 25 Jan 2022Guys, the scroll capture feature on my phone suddenly stopp... moreFor sharing via wifior just wireless file transfer, use xiaomis ShareMe App if its not preinstalled it is available on Playstore & find it in xiaomis app lists. Also if you are new to miui & got confused or lost to its settings, i do suggest a factory reset but maybe wait after MIUI 13 since its going mainstream in a couple of days then do a factory reset after. This time dont forget what settings you tinker.

Miui maybe different from other launchers like samsungs oneui, sony xperia, etc. but overall under the hood its still android with customizations. If you are having this many issues(probably due to user settings, etc.) just start over & do a factory reset to restore everything to stock, then set it up to your preference & remember what you setup. Backup your files first though via SD CARD/cloud. Also sharing files uses an app like Shareit, & Xiaomis own sharing app on the store if its not preinstalled.

Guys, anybody knows how to share files on this phone via wifi direct? I turned location on and wifi direct worked and connected to my samsung phone, but when going to files manager or gallery and try to share something from there, there is no option called wifi direct to send files through it. If I can't share files via wifi direct so why it is there? It Will be useless then

Guys, the scroll capture feature on my phone suddenly stopped working on all browsing apps, it works very fine everywhere else like Instagram, gallery, apps screen,... All except browsing apps. I don't know whether it's a privacy concern or a big or what. I tried to clear data for screenshot app but it didn't work, should I try to clear data of other app or settings app? Or it won't be sopved except by factory reset??
