My phone charge with 33watts very slow 34 percent in 30 minutes but i see youtube video they charge 56 percent in 30 mintues why this happen?

This is a pretty decent budget phone with really good specs!!! Though if you require NFC, this doesnt have one but for just a few few bucks the Note 10s have it and has improved main camera & soc.

I feel sorry for your bad luck about RN10, yes it can happened, to any product, but I believe that is a very rare case. Cannot be generalize to conclude that RN10 has flaw. Because many other RN10 don't experience the problem like yours (I even just found your case as the 1st one I know).
Not like Redmi 9T or Poco M3 (I almost buy them), which many buyers experience the same hardware (mainboard) problem, which can be conclude that the phones have flaw design as a product. However, it's a new product 2021, not even 1 year passed since you bought it het, so You should be able to claim for its warranty somehow.

I bought the hp end of november 2021.now that hp have problem main board early dec 2021. I have to sent to technician for 2nd time to repair. They said cant give new set due to hq instruction

Everything is good for its price, a beautiful phone. Beautiful looking and comfortable in handling & daily use too.
Of course you don't buy this phone/this price level of phones if you are looking for 'performance'. Maybe Poco X3, which is better raw processor & battery performance is a bit better, tho not as beautiful and comfort as this RN10.
But again, for the price, I don't think there is better overall, for daily use, not gaming phone.. than this phone.

pls refrain from buying the snap dragon 678 series as its battery depletes fast even when
battery saver in on for around 5% in a day and around 10% in two days without any usage

T-800, 26 Nov 2021Well many are facing battery drain issues after updating to... moreI experience no battery drop issue etc ehatsoever, 12.5.2, 12.5.3, and 12.5.4 now. Also at least 10 of my friends in RN10 forum confirm the same.
i understand that sometimes we feel it (as if) like the battery goes less faster after updating OS/ROM (in this case MIUI) etc. It may be correct sometime, but mist of the time, it is not correct, because it is didficult to say/measure that, because it related to many things, which mostly is each person's habit in how they use their phones, including how they setting the phones, what apps they install & use and many fhings.
People just say.. oh after updating to this newer version my battery goes faster.. which may not true and most of the time it's not true, but then posting it everywhere as if ghat is the truth, as if that will happened to everysame phones used by every/most person. I believe it's (mostly) not.
Don't forget too, that, along the way, time by time, battery always will have less performance condition whatsoever although only in very few percent, the longer its been used. and many ither factors. It's hard to justify the newer version of MIUI causing that majorly, and mist of the time it's not.

IDK, and it's not impossible Xiaomi would change them, but I predict they all will come with MediaTek. Doesn't mean that it's bad, some MediaTek procs are even better than comparable Snapdragon/Qualcomm.. But for me I prefer Snapdragon, because traditionally, will be many more developer and maintainer for it later along the way.
And it seems that the rumours about the shortage of some Qualcomm processors from the manufacturer very possibly is right.

T-800, 03 Dec 2021How far is Custom ROM safe to use?All my experience in using smartphones, I always customize it eventually, either by using Custom ROM, root etc if in Android (I use Android since Froyo) and Jailbreak if in iPhone. All were good. Better than stock.

And if ever RN11 will com with a Mediatek SoC and an PS LCD, it will still be fine. But surely I will go for the 11 pro which is rumored to pack a Snapdragon SoC with an AMOLED display. Just need to save more because the coming RN11 pro I think is a bit pricey lol
