This phone is actually good for its price range, you may experienced apps getting lost on your app drawer and oled screen missing pixels. But overall it's all good since I have bought a new one which has a dimensity 920, and I can tell you guys that Adreno 612 is so much better than Mali - G68 in terms of providing animations and graphics . The only problem with Sd 678 is the thermals which I haven't yet encounter in Dimensity 920 . Source : trust me bro

botto... moreYour RN10 may need to get screen display replacement. This happens when you accidentally drop your phone or bump it to a hard object regardless of the display type (IPS, TFT, AMOLED). Even iPhones get these lines issues on their screens and the solution is to replace the display.

can anybody kindly tell me why a green line from the
bottom to the top appeared on my note 10 suddenly
so it happened 3days ago but the night before it
appeared i was still using it without any line on it
&i have 12 smartphones and nothing like this ever
happened but 11 of them are ips screens not oled
so does this thing usually happens to oled screens
?

One of the biggest problems all MIUI versions face is the compatibility with third party apps. Like third party gallery apps don't load photos instantly and take long time than normal to load new photos. Also, all customization apps like volume styles or control center apps stop immediately as they are cleared from recent apps even though all permissions and accessibility settings are permitted. Every new Miui version promise to solve this buggy issue and don't fix. I hope MIUI 14 will try to do something about that.
Regardless of the bug explained above, this phone with such specs and hardware like Snapdragon processor and camera and battery and everything, I don't think any company, even sameung, can offer such a phone at this price range. Honestly, after two years of using this phone, I only hate the big stated above about xiaomi and I hope it can be fixed with MIUI 14.
Pleaasse xiaomi fix this issue.

the problem I have is that my sim connection is losing signal but if I use a sim in another cp, the speed of the data connection is fast, how can this be fixed?
I like the phone my only problem is data connection

Maybe you should use Extended Memory if you only have 4gb ram which is understandable considering how Android & its Apps are becoming bloated over the years.

So it is a trade-off - no amoled, no quick charging, but faster chipset and a 90 hz IPS screen.

Anonymous, 29 Nov 2022After more than a year of owning the phone, havent experien... moreYou can't call the SD 678 paired with 4GB of RAM a fluent system by any stretch of the imagination. - I've always had problems switching between apps, using google maps, and also browsing pages in Chrome - the CPU just struggles with quick transitions from background to foreground, response time is below average with delays of up to 2-3 sec. On top of that the NOTE 10 model was available in EU only with 4 GBs of RAM, which just makes things worse. People that want Note 10 will be better off with the 10s which has the superior Helio G95 and 6 GBs of RAM.

bork, 27 Nov 2022Theoretically yes It can play 4k, in reality" who is w... moreAfter more than a year of owning the phone, havent experienced sluggishness or lags you speak of. Maybe 1 or 2x when I upgraded to A12/Miui13 & forgot to factory wipe/reset. Otherwise its been doing wonders.
Btw, I do record short 4k videos(work related) so itll have better quality even when compressed down to 1440p or less when uploading to client. Otherwise 1440p or 1080p 60fps on normal personal use.

It makes no sense! This is one sluggish CPU and on the note 10 it does provide for a miserable experience just scrolling thru the page or opening multiple apps.

Avoid them at all costs! Only get Note 11 Pro + 5G with Dimensity 920 or wait for SD4 Gen1 based phones.

YG, 30 Oct 2022Shoud I get Redmi Note 10 or Redmi note 11? I can't decide.Neither of them - SD 678 and SD680 have seriously fallen behind the SD 695 and even the Dimensity 700/800 - get at least SD 695 or Dimensity 900 +. I have both Note 10 and 11 and at best these are pretty average phones.

How is the proximity sensor and compass sensor is working in this phone as showing this phone is having "Virtual Proximity Sensor" and "E-Compass". So is phone screen off/on properly during/after the call and E-compass works fine...?
