Blame yourself from buying it & not getting official warranty/receipt as expected of a dodgey 2ndhand store.

Anonymous, 27 Aug 2022Guess you bought from a dodgey 2nd hand store or just a stu... moreIt's a used phone, therefore he didn't give any warranty, and he told me it's a Redmi Note 10, but later on I found out it's the 5G variant or even Note 10T 5G the Indian version of the 5G which got no NFC, so basically the seller is a bit of fraudant and also it's my fault for not being extra cautious. anyway it's still a good phone even on MIUI 12 and without wide screen camera and the AMOLED screen which was the most irritating thing when I found out that my phone doesn't have one.
But still Xiaomi holds some responsibility for making too many phones of the same model with similar names and different specifications.

Noway a legit store or seller would not give exact model or distract their customers to buying a fake one plus you get full warranty or replacement if issues occurs a couple of days from purchase & 1 or more years warranty on parts depending on country.
That is if you bought on a legit store or seller or maybe your just trolling.

Thanks to Xiaomi and their way of choosing phones names cuz I went to the shop with 2 options in mind either Redmi Note 10 or Galaxy A70, but the salesman misled me by giving me the "10T 5G" variant which got no NFC, no AMOLED screen and lack many other features, he even didn't give me the phone's box.
After updating to MIUI 13 I can't make calls, sound is so loud level even if it's 0.
Sales person blamed me for installing MIUI 13 update and refused to let me exchange it with A70 on the next day and only downgraded to MIUI 12 and told me not to upgrade! WTF!!

For all those talking sh+t about the phone, there is no better device from other brand at this price point. Yeah, It got some bugs but no big ones. After some updates now it is bug free. Camera is great, phone looks expensive, battery life unbeatable and it is even splash proof!
What more do you want? Cons - it need optimization, can't open more than 2 apps with even 4gb of ram and apps crash once a week. As a poweruser this phone handles me well but I am switching to something better. Samsung is my way to go.

I play PUBG with both device.
The redmi note 10s with helio g95 is working awesome it has "EXTREME FRAMERATE" option out of the box.
And redmi note 10 pro with snapdragon 732g but only has "ULTRA FRAMERATE" but its really fine it could save me baterry.
I can sense you're using or other brands employee....
I would love to make a bet with you,
I am not a Xiaomi hard fan i use samsung and vivo back then. I don't stick to one brand, i stick to better one's.

I'm just a student that needs a ... moreFor a student and online classes, even for a university student this phone os more than enough from everything, camera processor speed and everything. Although MIUI always has bugs even with latest updates it is still back behind being a perfect UI like samsung, however, in this price range I couldn't expect a better phone regardless of all its cons.

so dis appointed returned puchased unit becuase it cant send and receive messages and same problem with the exchanged item so waste of money to buy it was highly recommended by the promoter but so stressful in returning ... i wont even recommend to use it

I just realized one of the major causes of app crashes is the Memory Extension Option! Disable it it & there will be less or no app crashes & phone will perform better!

The only thing that is better in the Xiaomi is the video stabilization and camera specs!
Would not buy again!

I just got miui 13 the features are beautiful and new,but battery drain so fast before this update battery timing was ausome,before this update screen time was 10 hours and after the update 6 and half hours. I am very very disappointed with update.please don't install this worse update till the solution find.i request the xaoimi company to solve the problem otherwise stop the update to safe the redmi note 10 holders.
