Haiz.... When will Xiaomi release a proper Redmi Note 10 with all the top tier specs without the "Pro" or "S" moniker....

This phone is like every other midrange to budget chinese phone, super typical performance, a midrange chip, 5G, 4k 30 on back and 1080p @30 on front cam, depth sensors that have no use, surprised this does not have that stupid 2MP macro, some hole punch, 1080p display (occasionally 90 or 120hz), cameras with 32-64 mp lenses that cannot even push 4k60, Insanely skinned UI (that's just my opinion, if u like the OS then i respect that), pretty nice colors, high amounts of RAM, Mono speakers, another company rebrands the phone 2 minutes after release, crappy fingerprint sensor, reasonably sized battery, they try to look like a flagship with those cameras but apparently they don't know the difference between pretending to be a flagship and actually being one. cuz if they are going to add those depth and macros, they can at least try to make good quality, or they can save the money and put it towards something else like better processors on the next generation or make the rest of the phone better like build quality, IP certification, better wide and ultrawide cameras, better screen, u know they can put it towards these things so more people would but their phone.
So to recap what i said, if u r not going to make one part of the phone any useful, remove it and put the money towards something else, otherwise ur just throwing money out the window, i know they are a big company with a lot of money to back em up but still, they can make more money if they removed the non useful features...yes infrared is one of them

#1 superamoled scree... moreR u kidding? What those company called killer phone is because they had good chipset that is cheap.
Super AMOLED display will add +50$ to the price, and there is no detachable camera at the moment, also no killer use periscope zoom camera, that is flagship-quality camera.
If they use pop-up camera, then no notch can be achieved. But let's see how expensive it will be. What you expect is a true flagship spec, not a killer spec.

Architect, 02 Dec 2020the perfect specs for a killer phone: #1 superamoled scree... moreyes i love this idea a lot but add a third rear camera macro, and make it flippable like asus ZenFone flip, NO MOTORS to keep the cost down.. we have our hands to flip the camera to the front lol easy.. no need to make that stupid notch or ugly holes in the display or else just make the whole camera optional already we just want a good phone that can share cameras with maybe friends maybe make a jack for it the camera jack like the usb c or 3.5 mm magnetic or something.. keep the costs down

the perfect specs for a killer phone:
#1 superamoled screen (60/90hz)
#2 mega battery (6000-7000mah)
#3 dimensity 5g (720/800u/820)
#4 only dual cameras (ultra wide + ultra zoom periscope) which flip to front as well/detachable
#5 no notch and very small corner curves

I wonder when a good firm will create a small phone just for kids who have smartphone nowadays which will last in time and in falls even if its not in the latest version of MIUI. It should just have a kids design

InternetUser, 28 Oct 2020IPS is better.ltps ips lcd is best, for these mid range phones. but better than oled on huawei p30 pro I havent seen. or at least I think so. :)

When will Xiaomi come back to physically comfortable Mobile Phones.
They may continue with this size 6.57" Display for " Note Pro " but
for simple " Note " , Xiaomi should limit to a display size of ( 6.2" - 6.3" ) only .... as it is comfortable to hold and also easy to operate with one hand.
