We use this phone at business to talk to customers. We have a major rule to do NOT reboot the phone no mather what. Also don't let it discharge it's battery. It will always die in bootloop Redmi screen. Seriously why bother releasing such disaster of device. Youtube hangs like hell and Whatsapp calls are impossible. I hope Xiaomi gets smoked like Nokia and LG soon.

Been using MIUI 13 since I got it with no crash whatsoever!

Overall it's a very good phone for me I am not a gamer but I am mainly focusing on camera. I am using Gcam app for photos and I only use system app for videos only. It doesn't hang too much but sometimes its but when I searched in YouTube almost all phones heats a lot when you are playing games. Overall it's a very good phone for me I have used this for almost 7 to 8 months. Never hangs and never lag. All you have to do is only one thing, NEVER EVER EVER EVER NEVER UPDATE YOUR PHONE.

The selfie cam is not good, well I guess that's what you get for 13mp camera. Overall it's beautiful.
