Pls is this phone still worth buying in 2024 cuz I'm planning on upgrading from my Tecno pop 5P to this Redmi. I thought I would have saved up money to buy this phone b4 selling my old TECNO pop 5P buh I'm down now so what I can do is just to swap.
And again what I wanted was the Redmi note 10 pro buh I was thinking it might be too expensive for me. So I also want to know between this Redmi note 10S and the normal redmi note 10 which is better and I want to know if it doesn't lag or have issues cuz I'll be using it for at least 2yrs b4 changing it.

Mswahili, 05 Jun 2024Redmi Note 10S will get HyperOSthis was a great phone. the camera good, performance is good, the screen is good. everything is good. but sometimes its get hot easily. like just 5 mins turned on the phone, its started to warm. like im just on the homescreen not opening any apps. but, this phone still good. recommended 👍

Mine literally fell into a tub of water with its back cover opened/lifted. It wouldn't boot, so I opened it up, disassembled it, and dried it with a blower; its inside was full of water. After doing so, I reassembled it, and it finally booted up, but now it has ghost touch. So, I repeated the process, which helped decrease the ghost touch, but it's still there. At this point, I don't know what to do anymore, so I just left it for half a day. After that, I tried using the phone, and surprisingly, it works normally. Although it works fine, it overheats a lot, probably because it messed up the thermal graphite at the back and the thermal paste on the board.
