honestly... i "upgraded" from the 8 Pro, and it feels like a downgrade...
the 8 felt like a beast when it was new... but the 12 just feels like a glorified toy...
the 200mp shows the same details as the 64mp from the 8 one...
and stalls a lot, like a LOT... specially since the hyperOS FORCED UPDATE -_-...
i kinda like it, but wouldnt recomend :(

Here's my review of using redmi 12 pro+. It's amazing for me. But I'm not bragging but here's my points:
1. Performance - I don't play heavy games like cod, just mobile legend and coc. It is nice. I can switch to ultra spec and it works fine. Although there's a heat at the back but it doesn't affect the phone at all.
2. Camera - so far, the images i took is nice. Video recording so stable, not much of shaky (unless your hand is trembling)
3. Battery - if i use for normal daily usage (texting, call, work) my battery can last more than 12 hours. But with gaming it would drain after 10 hours. Charging, it is quite fast especially with 120w super charger
Overall, it's a worth phone for me. I even dropped it accidentally many times, even face down and it still works fine. I mean, since there's not much of review you can tell many satisfied with this phone since here mostly would complain how bad the phone is.
