Houssem-Edben, 02 Apr 2023You can use an USB-C flashrdive to save your important file... moreYeah right! Miniscule cloud storage & you have to pay for more storage/faster transfer rate, not to mention how annoying it is to have to download/upload files, eats data if capped, heats up/drains the phone battery, chance of corruption if interrupted, etc.

Dongles wont help either as chances of losing them will happen & wearing out the port even faster or breaking it.

Almost a perfect phone....price is aggressive from Xiaomi. MiUi is best now. I will buy it after note 8

Anonymous, 01 Apr 2023I'm gonna be the odd one! No sdcard no buy!... 🤣🤣🤣 Never buy iphone or Samsung s series use realme or oppo only with sd slot

Same here, no SD card, no buy. Even if the phone has lots of internal storage, it should be up to you where to store your files. If you drop your phone and it dies, you should be given the chance to relax, knowing your precious files are safe on the external storage.

Another rule I have: no 3.5 headphone jack, no buy. They won't make me use (nor lose) those nasty little things with 3 hour battery life and degraded sound quality. If they want to sell them, that's fine. Just don't sell them to me.

If benchmarks are true, qulacomm aimed badly on mediatek's midrange chipsets.
This chipset is superior to D8200 and almost on par with D9000.

Xiaomi has 16gb version of ram on a mid range smartphone when Samsung put 8gb on a supose flagship and 12gb ram on the the extreme version.

Jemlim, 31 Mar 2023yeah, unnecessary extra storage...I use the extra storage so it's a bonus for me anyway, idk why the general consensus of "I don't use X feature myself therefore it is necessarily worthless" is so prevalent here BC for a lot of "average user won't even use this feature" you sure do love the general limitless that comes with using android lol

Anyways the removal of the microSD slot is a backwards step for android platforms rn BC averaging userbases down to a series of common overall features is alienating
