Why is a Redmi 12 better than a Note 12 if the Note series is supposed to be the mid-ranger while the regular Redmis are low-ends (RN12 has an SD 4 Gen 1 and this 12R has an SD 4 Gen 2)

I'm confused now, doesn't it supposed redmi note 12R not redmi 12R? Because redmi note 12 have sd 4gen 1, and Redmi 12 have mtk Helio g88(4g). It doesn't make sense 😕.
