After almost a couple of months use, I must say phones very decent. I got 8/256 variant, I don't game on this phone I mostly use it for social media and streaming movies in my use this phone is pretty good, battery very decent the only downside would be the fingerprint scanner not all times just sometimes it's hit and miss other than that phone has been pretty good.

Hi guys anybody complaining about the fingerprint scanner not working properly? Actually the tip is to have clean hands and a clean screen literally. Anyways hyperos is just the same as miui.The only change that I got was the fingerprint icon turning to a ring beneath the screen

Got his recently on ebay. Decent enough phone for the price. The case that's included is not transparent and covers up the beautiful design. Also it does not have NFC, which is disappointing.

this phone is with me for 2 weeks now the phone is good i can play genshin with low graphic and it's smooth, I don't know why i don't encounter the problems that the comments below says but the only problem with this phone is when you're playing fps game like call of duty mobile and others shooting game there's a time where the screen is bugging like it's having hard time detecting my finger even tho i play with only my 2 thumbs. It's still fine with other games like mlbb or whatever moba game. Some of the phone apps have ads but it's not really a problem cuz i rarely use them the camera is good too, the charging speed is very fast but it's not if you're playing while charging

Good for gaming and rarely ever lags or hangs, my guess it's because of the outstanding CPU and GPU of Snapdragon 685. I can handle Genshin Impact at low settings smoothly (,low settings, not lowest,) Medium graphics for CoDM and PUBG, and high settings for LoLWR, MLBB and Albion Online and FGO. All without stuttering, the performance mode of the game booster helps too.
Very good when it comes to social media and streaming as well. Colours are vibrant and crisp, the signal and connectivity of the WiFi and mobile data is superb.
For it's price, you get a powerful chipset, AMOLED display with 120hz with a 33w fast charger. You'd be hard pressed to get a better deal than this. Especially if you bought it at a discount like I have.
I only updated the phone twice though for security patches and bug fixes, I haven't upgraded it to Android 14 however. Xiaomi has problems with massive updates regarding it's software like with it's POCO. But as it is, it is a very nice phone.

im at a cross road, i need a phone like this month, i have two in mind, either get the brand new rn13 or a second hand cleanly used samsung s20, both are the same price, i play only one game which is mobile legends bang bang, and i use the normal social apps that the average human uses, i use word press too on the phone, not looking for a complete flagship phone tbh. just somethimg that can handle the above mentioned tasks and can last me a long time before replacing. for context im correctly using the redmi 9a 2gb 32gb verssion.
