Anonymous, 26 Sep 2024The reduced charging speed down to 45w from the 67w on the ... moreMy wild guess (I own the Note 13 Pro 5G and have browsed a few communities) is that many people complained the phone heated a lot while charging. So maybe they decided to slow it down a bit to avoid that.
Pure speculation of course. Pro+ also was reduced from 120W to 90W. Might also be related to the new battery tech they're using. Now that I think about it this is probably the case.
