The thing you're talking is to turn off the applocn for a specific app... When the device was on 7.2.5 and earlier there used to be an option in the dropdown toggles which turned the applock off... You could enable it anytime and all the same apps would be securely locked again...

very good phone...far better than Mi4i...My frnd surender have Mi4i...thats not have finger print scanner.....but Mi4i has better camera than redmi 3...fast charging....and very good bettry back up......

Some companies use them because they are cheap.
HTC used Omnivision sensor in HTC M9 and it turned out to be a Disaster ! So this year Htc switched to Sony Sensor.
In this low price range Sony IMX 214 can be used. 13 Mpx sensor. Very good performance. ZUK Z1 has the same sensor. Many other past flagships also had this sensor.

BATTERY 🔋_-THIS IS THE BIGGEST CONCERN FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME-it satisfied me, so can u too.. Heres why... I just browse a lot, listen to music for hours, both on line and offline, stream online videos, watch movies, occasional gaming (asphalt 8), and always on social networking which includes hike, whatsapp, Facebook, messenger., click loads of pictures and videos, edit them, run multiple new apps, heavy usage on wifi, update apps, backup device, use playstore and youtube a lot
All this stuffs gives me an app usage of 65 %
And hardware (mainly screen) of 35%
Sot of 12 hours on heavy usage..... Well, i get a sot of 10.27 hrs with 15% remaining using saver modes. And i dont charge to 100% for battry maintainance... I charge it to 95% - 92% and place on charge at 15%, so, 80% charge gives me 10hrs+ of sot, thus more 20% shall easily last 2hrs more.... Now tell me of a phone with 12hrs of sot.... And with its update that i got jst yestarday, it seemed that battry drains in standby and out door conditions when phone gets warm... And outdoor shooting.... Else, battry is optimised even bttr than b4.... Update to 4.3.2 has bug fixes and minor tweaks, i liked the the one optimising ui lag problem after ota update reboot. Evry thing is much smoother and the app closing transition looks awdome now, it now goes down fragmented....and bit slower which looks good....another tweak added is tap repeatedly on advanced option in battery from settings, u will get acess to ultimate mode, it will freeze background process and yield more battery juice to last longer

But later on it got optimized.

So it will take time before games are optimized for it.
Otherwise it has awesome raw power. S650 > S808 > S801 > X10 > P10
