sir, i have redmi note 4G its support jio but only to use net if i call it dosn't work and if i use the jio 4G voice app it show that it dosn't support in your region plz help me how to make call by using joi 4G voice app

Sir when I'm installing jio4gvoice in my redmi note 4g it's showing me service restricted... Then I uninstalled the app and stwich off my phone after dat I again installed that app but the result was same... Showing service restricted... What to do now sir....
