Although this phone has wifi direct, it doesn't work. There is video of this problem on youtube. Phone is too heavy. If you are samsung fan then this phone is not for you. It uses normal LCD screen instead of Super Amoled that makes huge difference in picture quality specially in reproduction of colours. Camera of this phone is below average instead of being13 megapixels, it captures average clearity. battery back up is good and OTG support are only good things in this phone.

its just like a lottery, if you get the good one then you are lucky or else the most common problem in this piece is of hanging up your phone while recording the video or taking photo and also your device gets heated very soon if you play any songs or game for just 15 to 30 minutes.
and if you go for replacement you will not get it easily but you will have to struggle and follow up a lot with flip kart to get your defected piece replaced.

Anonymous, 13 Apr 2015how to initally start redmi note 4g ..its not starting at allCheck if your battery has some charge on it. To just ensure its charged up, connect the charger and keep it for 30 min and start the phone.

My google play store is not working on redmi note 4g

When I dial a number and need to enter an optional eg press 1 for xx press 2 for yyhgh I can't because screen goes black. Also happens when I get through to someone's voice mail. I then have to unload battery and restart phone.
Any suggestions on how to fix.

If you r buying this phone for gaming pls pls pls just forget it. Its sucks, laggy and overheating even playing simple game like coc. For snapdragons.. The GPU is too low compared to redmi note 3g which comes with a better GPU (but with low performance processor mediatek).
