when I call someone, the screen turns black and I cant access any other app...like for example I want to note a number while putting the phone on speaker it does not happen since the screen is black,and till the call ends screen does not come back even if you press all buttons..please suggest...mail to sayantan_seal@yahoo.com

When Iam hearings the songs the light has been sleep the song has stopped within few minutes .. So anybody know this problem please tell me friends how to I clear the problem otherwise redmi note 4g is very nice phone

see guys this phone is really good.and stop blaming this phone for heating problem ,even i had and after calling service centre they gave a software ,and there is no problem ,no lags.its good value for money.after getting a new MIUI update the camera has also become good.so guys go for it.!!!!!

Hey guys please help me on this. 3g was working fine when I bought the cell. After 2 days I got one update available and I just updated it. After that I am not getting 3g network at all. Waiting for the help..

There is option for network 3g call, it is only for Skype video call supported phone

patel, 03 Apr 2015this phone is very bad ...I actually wasted 10000 rs for th... morei agree with you it hangs whil shooting video or camera . it is not up to the mark at all i think my motorola g first generation was a thousand times better i was gifted this phone but is sad

I'm using this phone since last week it works like charm. Only drawback is camera and unportable apps to external memory n only problem I'm facing is the tool app ie uploader this app keeps on and won't stop on my mobile Data that's why I can't access net as I want to just help me with any suggestions Thank you.
