Using xiomie redimienote 4g u don't need any jio app in to it u put the bio sim card in and it will work smoothly if there is some problem then go to setting-about divice - and then click many times on phone memory option the phone info will be showen there will be phone information option click and scroll down and and click on LTE,gsm& wdcma it will work

Hi,
This happens for me also, can't find any solution.
workaround is to move back from fly-mode then it is working for few minutes.. do you find solution ?

I like that mobile software too much but touch problem can be occur in the handset and call and apps problem may be occur .please take care and make butter cup long lasting touch and heavy grip of the mobile .
