The redmi note DOES NOT HAVE GORILLA GLASS.
Got confirmation from flipkart and xiaomi. They are fooling people by advertising on other websites saying that it has gorilla glass.

why i can't download any app from playstore even i have connect to wifi and data plan is on. If i want to download some app ,i have to use mobomarket,in mobomarket all app is older version then playstore. can someone help me..

Performance Excellent, Camera is Awesome, Everything is Great. The only problem is Heating issue, some times it gets heats while playing hi-end games, otherwise you can blindly go for this phone.
Im surprised why Xiaomi is not fixing the heating issue. Once this is Fixed then it will play a big role in Indian markets.

Camera is really poor.
Actually people in hurry buy this mobile because they think they loose the opportunity to buy due to cheap policy of flash sale by flipkart and xiaomi.
But after purcchasing they get ti know what they get just like me.

I am very dissapointed with the performance of this mobile..
All features are of redimi 1s that costs of 5999/- except camera , ram, size and 4g..
main draw back it gets heated.. hangs alot..
while opening camera sometimes its hangs..
Rear camera quality is so so poor.
Deasign is not so good.
NO 64 BIT Competbility
only single sim
No gorilla glass protection in indian version
No backlight in home buttons.
I am repenting to buy ... i wanted to buy micromex yureka yu.. but mistakenly i made wrong choice.
Guys its dont buy otherwisw you repent.
The only good things i found 2gb ram and good battery backup.

Shanky, 05 Jan 2015Hi, Just got this mobile on 31st and didn't installed any... moretry using a third party launcher to see if it helps in the RAM usage. if it doesnt help, you bought yourself an original xiaomi phone. i assure you that!

its a amazing mobile in this price, very good battery bacup, very good specification, but camara i think is not good, its a like 8mp.and single sim also issue, and gorilla glass is not mentioned in specification.is it having gorill glass

i guess the heating issue is prevalent in all xiaomi phones. dont worry, xiaomi is planning for a hand glove accesorry so you wont feel the heat! :P
