I'm using this phone about 2 years. everything is okay before but starting this year, the phone keep on showing blue screen n restart by its own. it overheating when i use wifi, and then suddenly restart. each restart consume my battery. a lot. this keep repeating over again. and now, i cannot switch it on at all. help. idk what to do because when i send to repair, the people at the shop said there is nothing wrong with my phone.

This handset is totally a hulk in the wide range of MI'S marvel. Using it since 2 and a half years, have faced a great tolerance and ups and downs tho working absolutely finest. The problem is low volume in the loud speaker. Power button not working fine. No android update after 4.4.4 tho it will be solved by miui 9 sooner or later
Happy with this device and have no idea on selling it :-)

I too have same problem. Someone suggest me please how can I use 3g data in my secondary sim

I have been using it sin... moredepends on how u see it,a friend of mine just recently got an O update(regardless of how he got it) the device is still awesome(my redmi 2 cant do it since only a gig of RAM on it, but has 410 over 400 on Note 1 4G)

I have been using this phone since last 2 years, it works absolutely fine. Threre is no heating but little bit network issue, but it doesn't effect much...its just a minor problem. Overall its an awesome phone.

This phone is practically awesome. I have been using it since the last 4 yrs and apart from obsolete software and no fingerprint sensor I faced no problem at all. My phone falls off very often but no damage at all. It doesn't heats as hot as other mi phones. But it does have low volume levels and low brightness.

I have redmi note 4. I have airtel 4g sim and jio sim... jio in 1st slot and airtel in 2nd slot. now the problem is I cannot make free call by using jio

Few disadvantages:sound levels are v low , music downloads are not for offline., we can't make ring tones to choice, network backup not fulfilling well .
Also good ones are very good display, recording and presentation stands well.

Hi... I have a problem on my refmi note 4 i have using 2 sims 1st slot is jio and 2nd slot is airtel when im changing the mobile data jio to airtel automatically jio sim signal gets cut and again im choosing jio network it will automatically comes... Wat is the reason....
