If you r using 6.6. 1 2 or 3 (stable) rom then u will not get miui 7 update through ota,
u have to update it manually,
i did it yesterday

Only its charging is very bad. Sometimes, it does not even charge! Otherwise, it is very nice.

i bought redmi note 4g 1 month ago,from the day of purchage i found that phone start heating when plucked in charging,it seems that heater is in side the phone,now the battery also drain very faster,

Mobile & features is awesome but some more improvements are required.
As there should be copy, cut, paste, move option in the gallery as in blackberry. Coz for all types this activity i have to open file explore.
