I brought this phone two months ago every thing is fine but when I play music and turn off display it stops and I have turn on the stay awake option . if there is a way to repair please reply

I am using mi note 4g i have battery problem after 3days when i purchased it and also there is problem in storage when i insert memory card in it and moved all data from internal storage to memory card its just make my data twice and every time i delete that files but it again store back from anywhere and whatever i download in it it goes to the internal storage not in memory card should i return it back to flipkart ?
