My xiaomi rsdmi note 4g switched off permanently. It is not turning on. I removed battery and put it back again. And charged it for a day. There is some res light blinking on the topnext to camera.i tried pressing volume button and start button and all xombos not working. Please help

My whatsapp is not showing any contacts in it, neither I can message from whatsapp through contacts.
How to resolve this problem?
I have updated whatapp, reinstalled it, tried almost everything.

I've purchased Redmi Note 4G in the month of Feb2015. In the beginning camera was not opening. File explorer was crashing. Music player also has same problem. I've disappointed. Now I've updated to miui version 6.5.3. Now there is no such problems with my phone. Nice value for money phone.........

Note 4 Very bad performance. Music player problems. Gets stuck mostly. Many errors coming in note 4.very bad feeling for buying this product. Camera cannot start error coming. Proximity sensors not working properly. Every functuon having some problems. Please dont buy this phone. Very bad
