If you want to record 4k you need to use another Camera App like gcam, open camera, etc. or root the phone then modify some file to enable 4k on stock camera app.

Confuses? Pro is Pro(Note 5AI), Plus is Plus(Note 5}, Pro was releases later than Plus. Pro has 2 Cam setup Plus has 1. Pro has newer more better SD636 soc while Plus has older weaker SD625. Though both have same form factor & aluminum back. ...
