It's a pity that there is no headphone jack. Great tablet, just bulky. the last tablet was clearly worse than this one oysters 7x3g, this one is much better

this tab sucks, it LAGS too much even after me literally having 90GB of free space! this piece of shit cant even handle a single app in background! don't buy it

And most of those works no issues despide being "not compatible" or other issues.

On recent security update they juz fixed the crash in system launcher and after this update it becomes lag free (almost), animation become more fluid

I was using this tablet with MIUI for over 3 months, it was good i guess, just little bit annoying when have to long press to floating apps. I decided to update to HyperOS because curious about new easily floating window features.
I've so disappointed it was so lagging there and here. 6GB RAM can't even handle Youtube, Facebook and Google Docs at once.
When three of them in floating window, they're lagging so much like 2 fps, when minimize they're quit and it was so painful to use.
Also launcher sometimes not responding and lagging, idk if this was just me or the rom is very unstable.
I mean 6GB RAM and G99 should be more than enough if they're running at better OS

Stand by Battery drain increase from 2% to 4% but it's ok for me
I think samsung one UI is much batter than hyper os
Samsung 4gb ram much batter than Xiaomi 6gb

For a budget tablet it's really enjoyable to use but it got one major flaw in my eyes and that's the screen having crazy glares, you have to be in dark room to have no glave on the screen and if you have the sunlight hiting the screen directly you might as well look into a mirror.

Hello everyone
Bought the 128/6GB version in Turkey. Here is my experience:
Pros:
- Dolby Atmos sound is very good and loud.
- 220PPI Screen is good enough. Texts and pictures are sharp enough. No pixellation so far I have seen. I like reading my journals and books.
- Can play videos 60fps up to 1440p and 30fps up to 2160p (depending on codecs)
- 400 Nit sreen brightness is adequate in indoors
- With Hyper OS (Android 14) you can add 2GB, 4GB or 6GB Virtual Ram
- Charging speed is good.
- Wifi signals are good. Didn't face any drops so far.
- Screen Cast is availiabe. You can mirror your screen to any TV. Very good when watching movies.
- Helio G99 is enough to run almost all apps. Some heavy games might be laggy but no problem for me since I use it for everday usage.
Cons:
- Default launcher lags a bit. Sometimes it crashes when switching between apps.
- Widget can't be scaled. This is very annoying.
- Some apps can't be installed. This is also interesting. Apps which I installed on my Samsung tablet can't be installed on this tablet. It says it is not supported for this tablet. I have to download the apk file and install it manually. Also annoying.
- Because of above problems I had to install Microsoft Launcher which is much better in my opinion.(still can't install some app but interface is much better and widget can be scaled)
This tablet is actually good for its price. I ilke the screen and use it for my everyday works. I hope Xiaomi will solve above mentioned problems soon.

Redmi Pad is already on Android 14 with HyperOS.
