Don't forget that Xiaomi has the lowest prices for the very powerfull phones on the market.

Small battery, faster processor than I need, and probably over-priced. I don't want this trash.
I want a Redmi Note 7 Pro, but Xiaomi are treating their European customers like garbage and refuse to sell it here. They really need to get their act together.

Hard pass, i'll just stick with my old phone till it breaks (which is also crappy), i'm tired of compromises, not what i'd expect from a "flagship". This battery can't even guarantee half day of usage and that's only if software is as well optimized as Mi 9 or OP6T's and if phone/battery's new (First year , basically).

The first rumor was not materialized due to OppoR11's contract with qualcomm which prevented other manufacturers to get SDM660 for 3 months.
The recent rumor saying that it's gonna be powered by SDM675 and 48MP camera, was actually a RedmiNote7Pro.
Well, 2 years ago RedmiPro2 was rumored to be launched beside RN5 with the same SD660, So maybe this time, we can hope simultaneous RN7P & RedmiPro2 launch with the same SDM675.
