5g will not work out of China due to Chinese ROM
Bootloader is locked and YOU CAN'T UNLOCK IT.
I bought this phone 2 weeks ago And I will sell it because of the following:
5g
Chinese apps
Hyperos ai
Not supported other languages
Bootloader locked by Xiaomi company

The battery is really good, and so is the processor.
For gaming and normal daily use, it performs well.
A bit disappointing because of the large amount of Chinese apps—it takes effort to remove them at the beginning.
Google support feels incomplete, even though everything works normally.
The well-known notification issue exists, but solutions are available on YouTube.
5G is not supported, even after many attempts to fix it.
When transferring from an old phone, some apps may need to be uninstalled and reinstalled.
The LED on the camera isn’t very useful so far.
The cameras are acceptable—not the best, but not bad either.
I think these are the most important details so far.

DjKhaledzz, 12 Aug 2025Hello everyone, I am asking if this has the same issue that... morei bought it a couple of weeks ago and its still pretty much brand new, so you can fix this by going to the app thats having notif delays and holding it till it shows a letter i thats in a circle its called app info if it has a name, and once youre there battery and turn on NO RESTRICTIONS it should be on blue, and one more thing i usually turn on the auto start bottonin the app info aswell.

Hello everyone, I am asking if this has the same issue that the Turbo 3 had, the ultimate notifications delay, which usually happens with "Messenger calls/messages, WhatsApp messages, etc..." when someone send me on any of them, they report the message is "Sent" only, not "Delivered", hence, the phone is actually force-stop these apps no matter what we do, has it been fixed on this version? Thinking about buying it.

User-01, 09 Aug 2025What problems can a person encounter when using a chinese v... moreGenerally if you plan to buy a Chinese only device and use it outside of China there are some issues to be aware of. The first being the network bands. Always check your Sim / network is supported or you run the risk of no signal 4G/5G etc. Secondly they tend to only come with Chinese , English and some Arabic languages. So if you need others such as German or Spanish or Indian etc you will need a global device. Thirdly they often come with Chinese apps that will need to be uninstalled and you will often have to manually install / sideload the Google Play store and services. Unlocking Xiaomi device boot-loaders is now basically impossible so no custom roms anymore unless you get the global version. Also your warranty is pretty much none existent. But for the price and specs for those more tech savvy it can be worthwhile it really is up to you :) Pro's and cons.

This phone on paper looks like a steal. It's too real to be true! Well it has some problems, such as,
1. It is a gamble, some consumers from Myanmar have green lines and screen issues.
2. overheats often.
3. cost/ difficulty to repair due to it being a china exclusive phone.
4.weak screen.
(REMINDER: All of this is a gamble, if you don't want to take a risk; you should buy phones straight from the company where you can get 2 years warranty!
