Using it from a week. User Unfriendly interface.
its just a band with wide screen and a creepy touch screen.
Its not for Watch Lovers or People who appreciate a
professional modern wearables, dont be eyewashed by its
good looking design. Save you time and money and
get somwthing better.

E.g. if you go upstairs - gyro says you move and some approximate guess about direction (since watch is on hand and hand moves back and forth - it is quite hard to predict direction either). It is useful for gaming because your position is fixed only angle of the phone gives metrics used for reactions in the game. Barometer will say how many staircases you took exactly. Some brands (e.g. Ulefone, Doogee) call this baroceptor.

HUGE bezels are a huge turn off; what a waste of screen real estate. No WiFi? There are so many shortcomings here. No deal!

Barometer?! How it can be used for sports if it doesn't understand you are going uphill? That is the biggest problem of all Xiaomi gadgets. Even phones only few has a barometer. Otherwise I would be Xiaomi owner a long time ago. But with this disadvantage... pity.
