Set auto brightness on,
auto lock to 10 seconds,
Set Raise to wake off/close,
Screen on for off/close,
Set Cover to sleep on,
double tap to wake on,
Set Always on display to off/close though I personally leave it on and still get a full week of battery life. I have all tracking features on all the time and I have vibration off.

        Idk how people are having 3 4 days battery, i literally charged it after 27 days with 7% battery remaining, i also took the screenshot before charging it.
