Xiaomi reports impressive first sales of 14, 14 Pro flagships
Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro were announced last week in China, and today was the first flash sale of the flagships. As is the norm with those all units were gone almost instantly. It took four hours for the allocated stock to be gone and there were six times more orders in the first five minutes of the sale compared with the Xiaomi 13 market launch, the company claimed.
Still, Xiaomi did not reveal the exact amount of units sold, meaning we couldn't know how much it earned during this first flash sale.
These are the first phones with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. They also run HyperOS, the company's new operating system that is set to replace MIUI and span across devices, including cars, TVs and wearables.
Xiaomi 14 starts from CNY3,999 (about $550) and brings a 6.36” OLED, three 50 MP cameras and 90W fast charging. The Xiaomi 14 Pro is CNY4,999 (nearly $700) with a bigger screen, higher resolution, and faster 120W charging for a slightly bigger battery.
The phones are expected to make an international debut in the early weeks of January 2024.

First is not really true, like model 13 wast popular at all, so there no numbers and proof, only game to say people buy it cos is popular phone. Overpriced as model before. Company lives only with budget phone sale, not flagship any more.
