Xiaomi reveals Redmi K70 Ultra design, key specs
Redmi K70 Ultra is coming this month, Xiaomi revealed on one of its Weibo channels. The latest teaser showcased the device from all angles.
The Ultra brings a number of upgrades, compared to the Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro, including new design of the camera island and grippier power button.

We also learned some of the key specs of the new phone – a Dimensity 9300+ chipset and a new 3D heat dissipation solution that lowers the chip's temperature by up to 3°C.
The resolution is getting downgraded to 1220p, a tad below the K70 Pro's QHD+ display. It's still a 120 Hz panel, though.

Redmi recently revealed that a new display was developed jointly with TCL, and the K70 Ultra will be the first smartphone to use it. We just have to wait for the brand to reveal when that will happen, as we still don't have an official launch date.

Both are efficient but it's all about optimisations. Somehow Xiaomi's optimisation can be hit and miss. The Xiaomi 14 has great battery life but the Ultra does not. Same as the Dimensity 9200 which powers the Vivo X100 Pro was very badly op...
