I'm quite the opposite of you, I can't live with a watch that has less than a full day of battery, so I stay away from WearOS or Apple. Can't fathom how people cope with constantly charging their watches, well... I mean, most of my fri...
I agree with you the only things you will be paying for are looks. Watch S2 sleep tracking is way off. Please buy from other brands this on you will regret.
It will probably come with XIaomi Pay like S1 that works with Curve cards. It has it's own OS and not the Google one
