I have an issue with music player for xoloa 500s. It plays the one song correctly and stops playing after a song with error "Unknown Track" and starts playing well for a song after the reboot. I dont know what exactly is the problem is and suspecting that problem may with OS (Jelly bean 4.0.2).
Troubleshoot steps followed:
- Rebooted the phone
- Trashed and reinserted the memory card
Kindly let us know the solution if someone came across.
