worst phone ever, worst after sale service, i had purchased this phone from amazon, my badluck,within a week i observe that phone is getting warme while browsing internet or playing mid heavy games like temple run 2 and subway surfer,after some days phone was stsrted geting hang while playing games.i went to the service center at sagar plaza laxmi nagar a multi brand authorised service center,frm here the nightmare started theytold me that we will repair your phone and we will take a week for that. its sounds fine but fom that day around 06 to 07 times i went to there center but not get my phone finnaly after 1 and half month they show me another same modle mobile of some one else and tell company ne aapka phone exchange kar diya hai ek purana gisa pita phone with diffrent imei no hoe can i accept that, frm my they had lost my phone or either gives to another customer as exchange. i argued with then but they reffused to listen and put every blame on the company i rang the company call center but they are puting the blame on service center. now what should i do. finally i had to decide to approach counsumer court ,and wants to teach them a lesson,please never ever buy xolo mobiles or kindily visit their service center before buying and feel the qwality and service standards of xolo.

my display has gone without any reason. Last day i was playing candy crush and kept it on table. The next day my screen seems to be white with black spots. it still has warrenty.

Phone is good in size and weight... Also great speed in 3G network... processor is not very good but its OK..... Its get heated because of processor.... Functions are easy to use... Camera in day light is awesome but dull at night also flash is no good..... Charter sound of camera is not gonna off.... Overall its OK according to its price....

the phone has no camera shutter sound off. and receiving a call after 10 minutes the phone is heated. other than mobile is vary good.

Xolo company a bogus company i had purchased Xolo Q500 within a month the handset become very hot while charging and the service centre does not respond even when u call. as i m suffering from it my hanset is with the service centre from April 2014 to till date. and no one is responding to it
so any purchaser please do not purchase xolo handset
buy some other brand like Samsung, Moto,Micromax etc, but don't buy Xolo.......

good set only for 2 to 3 months, after the sales not at all repairing properly or not replacing the set

this phone is good but the after sales is very bad.. plz dont buy such phones.. the company is not bothered about you after purchase... One month is a normal turn around time for them.. and may tell you it cant be repaired at all.. even ask for money under warranty.. Buyers beware...
