Too bad phone to use. Worst battery. Over heating problem. Heavy gaming is a nightmare. Bad camera.worst part is gps doesn't work properly and shows our wrong location in map. Total garbage phone.

Heating and battery backup problems and camera in night is also not good otherwise in this price range its nice

insert your sim card in first slot,cos only 1st slot is use for 3g and 2nd slot for 2g,and then go settings-More-Mobile networks-network mode-choose Wcdma Only.
so let's enjoy your 3g experience!!!!

Now Select Wipe Data/factory reset and press Power Key to confirm
Now Select Yes -- Delete all user data and press Power Key to confirm.
Now Reboot Device.
