Not taking the new sod update....it restarts but again display ...new update is available....what i do

Guys try this to get amazed using the Xolo Play handset even if it is not rooted; set the CPU performance as priority, turned off Xolo power app and installed another battery saver application, it resolves the problem with heating(even while multitasking like playing highly graphical games like Dead-trigger, listening to music and social networking) & enhances the battery life massively, also the tweek of slow performance is resolved.

Cheers guyz with the latest update of xolo play the SOD issue seems to be resolved completely.My Phone ussed to go off once a day atleast but its been four days my phone remained uneffected with SOD after the update.Great work XOLO

and select dial pad my phones Mic is muted.
am not able to talk to the other person.

lv nvidia, 28 Oct 2013well i updated to s018 latest FOTA or ota and now antutu sh... moreyes there is problem with whatsaap msg lenght and battry charges very slowly ...but xolo play have best performance in 3d 2d graphics ...go for it if you have good knowledge of andorid os and stock roms

well i updated to s018 latest FOTA or ota and now antutu shows 9235 rating ........at s016 it was 13536 ....but there was sod and auto off issue .....they need to tweak the performance lilbit so we can reach 12000 at antutu at least..and yes your phone must be very cool at the update time or it will do update nating ...personal experience .....

Very bad experience. xolot1000 has good specification.it becomes very hot while surfing for a few minute.. sometimes the apps hang up. and 8 MB camera is equal to 2 MB of Samsung mobile.. very bad battery..

Anonymous, 18 Oct 2013Thanks david but what does SOD means and is there any need ... moreSOD would mean screen of death or sleep of death. Rooting a device has its benefits, you just need to Google it. Do it only if it is necessary.
