I am enquiring about two things about this g... morei had not used this tablet but i would prefer you nexus 7 2013 if you want to only read ebooks and not to play very heavy games on your tablet
again i had not used this tablet read more review and decide what you want.

1)display and performance while reading ebooks or viewing in word, excel, etc?
2)video playback quality? 720p or 1080p or more? Is it impressive?

This Tab is amazing, I have the recent version of kit kat updated that is 4.4.2, and I play Asphalt racing game..with live audio streaming music. Amazing graphics and worth every penny. the volume keys and lock keys aren't that great and its not user friendly. apart from this its a great gaming tablet and front facing camera and speakers deliver great audio and video for skype video chat. It has the good grip in the hand and design is pretty okay.

One of the best device I've ever used. It's value for money. I'd recommend that you should go for this.

NTeg, 08 Jun 2014I got some OTA uptates yesterday from Nvidia... infact two ... moreThis update is very good... everybody should try it out. The tab has become very stable (previously there was an issue with disappearing navigation bars and pull down menus)... with a small hack you gain access to writing to and from a USB drive... and a host of other smaller updates like wifi, volume, Netflix and many others... This is a very welcome update. Cheers Nvidia!!! ... give us 4.4.3 soon!

I got some OTA uptates yesterday from Nvidia... infact two updates one after the other ranging from 7mb to 77.9mb. Improvement has been made to the system and overall stability issues etc. ..... Hope we get to see 4.4.3 soon!

Awsumm tablet mann realyy happy with my purchase 7 updates have been come to this tablet nd yesterday was ota 2.4 update by which device is running more smooth... Nd all bugs are fixed nd games r running flawlessly.... :D

Tegra note is so far the best tablet I used. Gaming is smooth, internet is slick and graphics r great. Nexus 7 would be a great tablet if google fixes all then bugs in it. If ur going to buy nexus Google its reviews, about >50% devices suffer some kind of problem. And if u like ur money never buy I ball tablet. I bought I ball tab and it started crying from day 1.my Screen was juiced due to some bug battery was draining like hell and when I went to the customer care I saw too people already there with same problem. So I rufunded it and bought solo tegra note and world feels so good now..:)

I do agree with everyone on one thing... the CAMERA.
It takes the lousiest, most horrible pictures.
It should be awarded the "worst mobile camera" Award.

Though I guess nothing to worry about there. I've seen videos of Miracast with this device, but have not been able to get hold of one yet. Seems like a great way to enjoy content on a larger TV Screen.

umesh, 13 May 2014can i buy this note because i had saw a review saying that ... moreBeen using for nearly 3 months now... No Lags (This is a real powerhouse). The Battery is even better now. My only gripe with this device is about the placement of the buttons. Their placement is not the easiest out there. I guess it's about the shape of the sides of the tab.
