ive been using the phone and so far same experience like others when i launch the camera it gives me black screen i had to turn it off and turn it back on and try the camera again it works the first time but as soon as i close it and relaunch it gives me black screen again.

I am using xolo Q1000 for past one week and i am not happy with it. The network goes to roaming automatically and after that i cant use any applications. Y is it so, is it a fault with the phone or my net pack...

Before buying a xolo phone ~2months back, I called them to check for service center availability. they have mentioned that they don't have service center in my area but for any issue they will arrange for pickup of the phone through FedEx courier and send it back after repairing. You may try this option...

How to enhance the quality of the music?????
Please experts comment and help me on this people.
Buying a good handfree or headset is ok obviously but apart from that is there any app that would contribute to the music quality?????? Please help.

I have bought the xolo Q1000 mobile 8 months back. I was very excited about this mobile because of the features in low price. Even i was happy with the performance after use it.
But recently we faced some problems, it get hangs and restart automatically. so i went to one of the service station which is mentioned address on their official site. but they given very bad response and said that they are not providing service anymore with xolo company.
So i'm sock and doubting now about the product service. Service makes to repeat customer but if company is not value the customer's query then I dont think any product would be worth.
Today i feel that i did a mistake that i choose the brand xolo. :(
