      Notification light has not been working from the moment I opened it out of box I use almost a year I thought it is not built with that light. :( and now light sensor is not functioning

        this mobile showing specification that it is up gradable to 4.4.2 kitkat. i contact service center at Bhopal but they saying this mobile is not up gradable. anybody tell me its true.

            i use this mobile since last 8 months there is no any problem. battry backup is good camera is good spcialy selfy is very good i am totaly satisfy this mobile.

              Worst worst worst worst mobile ever seen please dont go for XOLO worst service dont buy you will suffer a lot dont invest on xolo mobiles waste of cost instead you can use nokia basic set far better

                    spices screen and display sucks i suggest you never ever buy this company although the product is very cheap it do not worth any price whithin one month all the specifation gets damaged especially the thouch with a single pinch in the screen will also stop working

                      I purchased Xolo Q700S. The mobile is getting very hot while charging. I sent the same to the service center and they are now saying the mobile has to sent back to the Company. I have wasted my time and money for buying a Xolo. I cannot say XOLO will satisfy a customer.

                        Don't think to buy xolo phone
                        Very bed service center and also very bed customer support. Even they don't reply of mails. Toll free number is also not working of xolo
                        Company is not able to provide same accessories also. My phone's hands free is not working from time of purchesing. they give some chipper hand sets hands free and now not repling. Service center says this stock is supplied by company
                        DONT THIKN TO PURCHASE THIS COMPNYS ITEM

                          Before buying a mobile check the customer support. If you check Xolo, the number cannot be contacted ever. There service center, damage your phone and then when you inquire about it their reply is "Did i ask you to bring your phone to me". Specs are awesome, but if you need help, you will be in for deep pain.

                            performance wise it is a good option to take xolo. but when it comes to service i advise please don't. from my own experience i gave my q700 for display change 5 months back and yet either the collection point or the company don't give a proper response. i think it is a waste decision to buy a product whose follow up is not at all good.

                                hi.....i purchased this phone but this not work propper..i complaint manyy time by mail & by coustomer care calling...but this phone's service is too bad for me..his battery progress too bad ,i have many complaint that change my battery but not solve my problem.m fed up all this nonsense thing.vry-vry -vry bad company xolo & xolo service...i request to all people who want purchase this phone..please don't purchase any phone from xolo co.

                                    Worst Mobile set and worst service centere

                                      I am Shridhar P. From Mumbai, I had purchase a mobile : “XOLO Q1000 Opus” @ Rs. 9840/-
                                      Importer : LAVA international Ltd.
                                      Manufacturing : Rainbow Bldg, Hi-tech Ind park, Shenzhen, China. (November 2013)
                                      My purchase Invoice date : 12/12/2013.

                                      My handset has below problems
                                      1) Gallery was not responding properly, after 2-3 days camera images were gone disappear.
                                      2) Bluetooth file were gone corrupt immediately.
                                      3) I am not a continues mobile user but also battery life was very bad.
                                      4) Within 8 months my mobile hand set lost screen sense.

                                      I approach to authorised service centre, the technician quickly check my handset & send it inside to reinstall software, after reinstallation, he told mobile is ok but screen is not working, need to be change. Then he opened my handset in front of me & broke warranty seal. He tear off 2-3 covered contact (Connection) places & shown me. He said this hand set is affected by water touch, I told “Never done this” then he told me moisture problem is also considered under water touch, It is not covered in warranty. You have to pay Rs. 3250/- I refuse it & taken back my mobile.

                                      Now forget about warranty & see some facts:
                                      1) I am not a mobile savvy person also a careful user, my handset is not handled badly.
                                      2) Regarding moisture: I am staying in Mumbai, here air contains moisture (agree), but the manufacturer is also locater at Shenzhen near the bay, their air weather condition are also same. “Can manufacture provide assurance that my handset was not affected before I purchase?”
                                      3) So many people are using same or other make mobile in Mumbai area.
                                      4) Now my mobile warranty seal is broken.
                                      5) Any of shown problems cannot be challenge.
                                      6) Service centre didn’t provide me any document against broken warranty seal.
                                      7) They didn’t create any record at their end also.
                                      8) There is no proof that my handset is operated/opened by authorised service centre person.

                                      My handset was genuinely defective, but situation is “I cannot prove this”, legally they had trap me properly in warranty terms. I don’t have any proof of this. If I talk in “IF/THEN” the manufacturer cannot refuse warranty. Legally I cannot challenge them. They have successfully created proper situation in their favour, this is one type of sophisticated cheating.

                                      This manufacture is producing poor quality product & selling in market. They making us fool but in proper legal manner. Through this fact story, I want to aware people.
                                      My “XOLO MOBILE” experience is very bad, please you be aware.
