After my update to kitkat, i had few bugs for wifi,brightness control and even making calls,now i found a software update of 18mb from xolo care and brightness control is fixed..hope even other problems are fixed.

mobile when connected with PC needs software for connectivity drivers not accessing the phone's internal or ext memory for transferring data vedios pic etc pse suggest

hi this is logesh from chennai i bought xolo q 1000 opus mobile from
amazon april month,then i updated kitkat os there after i was facing
lot of bugs example of wi fi not working network frequently dropped
out and much more after xolo release the bug fix update wi fi only
fixed others for the same,i given to chennai xolo service centre
(deprosis technologies xolo autherised service centre in chennai),they
got my mobile to repair they said your mobile repair in within 25 days
i waited 1month 3days still i am not yet received ,at that during the
time i called to xolo care and chennai deprosys no reponse they again
and again told estimation approval pending for the cost of 3,700 i
dont know why should i pay for that i have a warrenty period ,they
told your mobile need to change the motherboard i dont know i have
problem in software issue for so i need to degrade kitkat to jellybean
os but told motherboard change so they(xolo) cheated trying to get the
money from my side .so kindly help me and do the needful at the
earliest without mobile how can i work in my office otherwise pls give
my mobile without any changes i will try my self degrade the os...i

My Workorder :310000427588 and IMEI NO: 911351002148075i bought xolo q 1000 opus mobile from amazon april2014, after update the kitkat i have lots of bug ,wifi not working, calls frequently droped and more ,i have given to xolo service center 13th may2014 in chennai deprosis technology,they told u have to wait 25days i waited,at that time called to them they said your mobile in under estimation approval,i dony why estimation approval,they told your mobile motherboard problem so u need to change, so world No 1 cheating centre xolo, i upgraded kitkat this is one of the software related issue y i need to change the mother board they ask Rs 3,700 for change the motherboard , no need i told to cancel the estimation give back to me i will try myself de grade the kitkat to JB...if anybody know how degrade (downgrade ) kitkat to jellybean pls drop your mail to er.logesh@gmail.com,or +918124129422..thanks, or xolo pls remove in your website https://www.xolo.in/xolocare/software-update xolo q 1000 kitkat update or put proper update or give firm ware for jellybean ...or help me to degrade my mobile in noida still now ,degrade the software....thanks,,,,

I am using this device for 15 days with kitkat version. I still cann't find any lag issue for this mobil. I recommend opus users update your device version jb to kk from authorised Xolo service centre. No need to update device yourself.

Plz sm1 tel me, do i buy it or... morehi..........i am using thz phone last some months if you r gamer then u can take it..... but there is one issue dont upgrade to kitkat an other wise phone is awosome no lags u can play hd graphics games battery back super..........stay with jellybean .....i am giving ur guaranteed not found any lags...

I have XOLO Q1000 Oups . it was very good before update 4.4 KitKat, when I update 4.4 KitKat I am facing many program . like call not going , data not connect , I restart this mobile minimum 10 time a day. I am facing many program plz send another update for solution.

One month since the release of faulty update. Forget the apology they didnt released the software fix for bugs.so it is our duty to keep other people aware of xolo .so people give reviews on flipkart ,amazon,mouthshut,and whereever possible.they can't order every customer to visit their third grade service centres.it is not individual problem It is problem for every customer who has upgraded to kitkat .Not only they wasted our money but also a lot of headache i have to check evey 15 minutes to see if network is present so people can call me.

I am not expert but can advice you to stay with jellybean.. I am going to return it to amazon as validity is available for me to return..

I am using xolo 1000 opus since last 3 months all over phone is awesome no lags.. u can play hd games like nova 3 asphalt 8 d day commando nfs etc.. and also good battery backup.. further when i am going to update kitkat version on xolo q1000 opus (XOLO Website shows are 2 software for kitkat 1- size is 16mb nd second one is 249mb with zip file..) so I am confused which is better for me ...with out any lag....please help me if possible....my email id -ta35351@gmail.com

AnonD-261215, 11 Jun 2014don't buy xolo product world No.1 worst cheating and worst ... morexolo before put the kitkat update atleast they should check in beta verision without proper test then why they released i dnt knw.lots of people having lot of bugs and suppose u given to service center the problen in the software issue but they told this is board issue so be ew know to aware what the issue .pls be careful...
