I bought this phone about 7-8 months back. .(& now it is like a Stepney)..In my set I observed a Manufacturing Defect that Charger Pin enters in Mobile Charging Jack reverse also ......... resulting damaged the Mobile Jack (as told by Service Centre), ...... otherwise in other phones like Sony, Samsung, Micromax, LG I never found that Charger pin enters in Mobile jack reverse also......In my opinion, its is a Manufacturing Defect..... but Service Center treat it as Physical damage and now I would have to bear Rs.650/-....... Since I am sufferer, that's why I am sharing this defect. On complaint, customer care guys did not provide Complaint Number & the contact numbers of Company officials. They just says,"Your complaint will be forwarded to the Senior Officials". I made 2 complaints in 14 days ...... but no response from company......... अब जब करीब 9000 रुपये खर्च किए हैं तो कुछ समय तो इसको झेलना पड़ेगा| फिलहाल तो स्टेप्नी (Extra Wheel) की तरह इस्तेमाल करना पड़ेगा | लेकिन जब जब प्राब्लम आएगी, लोगो से शेयर करने की कोशिश करेंगे |

nice phone i m use this product is awesome but only one problem no accessories available in market and customer care service very slow process phone come back after repair from company one month

I'm honestly giving feed back my experience with xolo q1000. This is really amazing product I've been using for one year still its working with good condition without any trouble as mentioned in this review box....

I bought Q1000 opus and using past 8 month.i had the screen issue and met the nearest customer care.The screen repair charge is coming around hslf of the bought price and labour charges Extra.Really i am feeling bad after bought this mobile.For service also they are taking very long time.Please dont buy any smart phone

Hon's sir,I have bought xolo q 1000 mobile four month ago but now a days it shows 'Network' problem specially.network had been off since 3-4 days and an error occurs when 'Volume button' of phone have volume then network is 'on' and when volume button's volume is off then network is also 'off'.due to this I have to switch on and off the phone frequently,it is most serious problem of this phone.Sir please help me soon,I believe that you will eradicate this problem very early.

Bought it 6 months back.Phone having Network problem twice in between. Charging jack gone loose. Every time service center took 20-22 day for repair of mother board. service center remains full of complaining customers. Presently the phone is with service center. Not worth buying phone.

please all of you do not buy XOLO products, they are worst in everything right from the phone to service center people.
i had bought it eight months back, and almots 2.5 months the phone was with the service centre guys for repairs ... the phone and the customer service is pathetic .

please please all of you do not ever buy XOLO products, they are worst in everything right from the phone to service center people.
i had bought it six months back, right from the starting i started facing problem when i gave my phone to service center, people over there not even bothered greet the customers, every time they used to tell me please come in 10 days,the same thing was repeated 12 times, i was so annoyed and angry that i couldn't control my anger and threw my phone on their face....
Top of all this shit manager at the service center in borivali threatened me that " even the consumer court will not help you if you go to them, go do whatever you want"...

please dont buy this phone,,after upgrading new kitkat 4.4 ,unable to play supercell games .charging issue,battery issue,.......................plz plz dont buy
