I had high hopes for it as the previous
phone i had was Xolo Q800. So i bought this phone a couple of months back
and now its completely DEAD. It won't charge,I tried different chargers, Customer Care SUCKS!!!
its a waste of Rs.12000 which i had
invested on it.Learnt my lesson I won't be buying XOLO products ever again. And BTW the XOLO Q800 i previously had also had a battery/charging issue... :( :(
I have already advice to few of my friends who wanted to buy new phones in to
not buying XOLO Phones.

Its really great Cell..m using it battery backup very good ..N da camera is just awesome..before I used windows android is just awesome

Penchal, 19 Sep 2014Xolo service is very very worst and is taking 2 to 3 months... moreFile case in consumer court. It will take 6 month. You will get full refund, other charges... But it should be in a proper way.

Xolo service is very very worst and is taking 2 to 3 months even it is under warrenty they are not rectifying or replacing with a new handset. They are giving some others handset repaired one even yours is used just 10 days. Very bad expierience, every one is shouting at service centers for their bad performance.

mjosh, 08 Sep 2014Network problem solved after installing 12 mb update in xol... morei got 12mb update and i tried 3 times to download it didn't downloaded my internet speed is to low but after applying 3g internet i tried but it not showing now its say there is no update in sd card
