This is a terrible phone with worst battery. The battery pf my phone exploded last month thereby burning the mobile (barely a year old phone). The customer service is fuck all with no regards for customer. I have not been able to contact them in so many days.. The service center in Pune is really apathetic (I could even see smirks on their face when I showed them the burnt phone). They took the pics of the phone and later on told me (after I called them at least 10 times) that they can't do anything about it....
I am really thankful to the God that nothing untoward happened as there could have been casualty (the phone caught fire at 2 in the night)....

This is a terrible phone. The gps is very weak. The device has many other issues like no compass.

Arpiy, 15 May 2015Nice phone but battery back up is very poor.....U can increaseincrease battery backup by using some ideas,
First u set it to auto at day time,,
& at night u set it 0 brightness,,
U will manage if u will try,,
Always on xolo power,,
Never download use less apps,,
U can set it to 0 for indoor use too,,
Because sscreen is very bright,,
Kill running apps by xolo power,,
This will help u a lot,,

inder, 13 Jun 2015hi friends this phone is good but very much heating problem... moreYes it heats a little a lot from near about the rear camera,but only in very hot climate,or it heats when I take too much pics with using flash but it is normally cool down after 2 or tree minutes, just avoid to ur mobile taking in very hot conditions these days like direct sunlight otherwise it never heat up,,

pintso , 25 May 2015I used xolo q1010i now it abt to b one year but problem com... moreFirst u should save ur data means pics & videos & any more u want to save then unmount ur SD card & remove it from mobile & go to the local mobile mechanic & spend rs. 100 he will clean up ur mobile & SD card too,

suraj, 25 May 2015I just want to upgrade memory card into 32gb in my xolo q10... moreno...you can use 32 gb micro SD card it will work well but buy any class 10 micro sd card.
