this is very important for you and the XOLO Q1200
when you open the box., PELASE make sure there is no snail instead of a battery,,
I have not expeirneced that battery issues before
but a snail would NOT power the Q1200
unless the snall is bigger than 1000Mah
but most are not.

it is good ........ for me it is best.......... games run perfectly......yes battry backup ..is not good ..... but not so bad also......over all it is very nice.

When ever I call to anyone.. Its mute atomaticly ..and they can't hear my voice...I unmute BT also can't hear ma voice... I try to find option but I dint get it ...pliz help me

rohit, 21 Feb 2015I too updated the beta version of KitKat way before in 2014... moreYou need to go customer care and degrade your phone to JB s014 then you can upgrade.. I too had same issue now issue resolved..
