This is the third time I writing to Xolo care.
I bought Q1200 on 28.06.2014 after 2 months suddenly battery started draining like anything i went to service point serviced center to check on this, they told battery has got bulged and its has affected the display also and submitted my mobile on 26.08.2014 they told 20 to 25 days after 25 days when i call service center they are telling another 10 to 15 days its in factory when i call xolo care they tell it is factory and its under repair and it will take few days we will escalate to our seniors . Nobody is giving time line. Area ASM his no. is 7411200143 is disconnecting phone. If this is case and no wants to take a responsibility where should the customer go. I want my money back. If you can't provide proper deadline to the customer.
Q1200 battery issue is not resolved!
I got a new phone on 30 Sep 2014. After exactly three months (27 Jan 2015)again the battery has bulged and again I need give the phone for repair. Myself and five of my friends bought the same model that is Q1200 paying Rs.12999/- and all the phone has same problem and every one has given it for service and got an replacement. I was the first person to come across the battery problem and got the replacement. Now it's my second time got the same issue. I agree that there might be 1 in 100 phone if u have that problem, every phone has the same problem and till it's covered under warranty it's ok afterwards who pays for the service. The service centre people say that battery is having only six months warranty. It's not the battery problem but it's board problem according to service centre. I request xolo people to refund my and my friends money back every one given for repair due to battery problem and got it repaired. Every 2 months once it can't give my phone service centre and get it repaired, the model is so bad they should take back the from market replace with the new one.
My work order no. Is 310001110678 I received my phone on 16.02.2015 even though the I mention that am I not going to take the same model again you people have send the same model I denied it taking that told to send back to the factory or where ever xolo company is . When ask service center they I need to call xolo care when I call them they tell I should speak to service center I don't where should I go. Me & my friends have decided to take to it CONSUMER COURT because they are also worried if they get the battery problem in next couple of months.

q1200 mobile is fake mobile ,we face battery problem with in five month and battery dead now and customer caer service demands 1250/- charges for it.

i try to update my phone online downloding bt showing error
and also tried manualy bt still showing error .
plz tell me how to upgrade it to kitkat version.

I requested to the XOLO company, Please stop manufacturing Q1200 mobile set. This is very worst phone.

the mobile is looking good . as i read the specification.it is very good. but battery problem is very serious part of this mobile. so please dont try to buy this phone.....ghatiya mobile...

worst phone....battery backup is very bad.Even showing 90%,but switching off continuously.Your Ear will get spoil soon.

Genuine Review: I am using this device from around 6 months and is still on Android Jellybean (final version of Kitkat is still not ready).
Pros:
1. Camera
2. Display quality and protection
3. Design and build
4. Processing speed
5. USB OTG support
Cons:
1. Unable to maintain focus on the object and keeps on refocusing the near objects/digital devices. Otherwise it is one of the best cameras I have ever used
2. Sync for the applications doesn't work at all. Example: We will have to manually open Gmail and refresh to check if there are any new mails. This is the only point that makes me think that I should sell this device and go for any other

Xolo Q1200 is the worst phone.Do not buy this phone at any cost. Battery problem starts within 2 month. Even the replaced battery does long one 2 months max..

I have used Q500,Q5... moreHi. Thanks for your post. I'm trying to root my Xolo Q1200. Is it really a good idea to root this phone? Is there any Customized ROMs? Can you suggest some helpful After-root apps?
And, I am trying KingoRoot app to root this phone as suggested in some site. Should it be a problem? Awaiting your response!

I bought Xolo q1200 in june-2014. it started hanging and giving battery issue within 5 months, I given the phone to xolo service center for repair and they returned me in 15 days, but another new problem started,automatic restarting problem.
I think there technicians are not well trained or they are not using genuine parts.
Pleased do not buy Xolo phone. They are not making smart phones but trouble phones.

I think lava xolo is a fraud company ,They are selling worst quality product to customers ,But company advertising that they are selling premium quality phones(phones work for maximum 2-3 months properly).
I have purchased Q1200 in Aug'14,it starts hanging and battery issue within 3 months,I has submitted the phone in service center in Nov'14,I got the phone after 17 days(2-dec-14) from service center without resolving the issue,Again i submitted the phone in same servicing center again,i have called to Customercare team atleast 15 times. they are reply that they have only rights to escalate,So they don't give the expected date of delivery.That means xolo keep your phone with them for long period without extending warranty of phone.if we calculate suppose youhave submitted the phone for reapiring with them for two times in a year and they keep the phone with them for 30 days each time,then you have lost 60 days from warranty period. Now you can think ,How xolo making fool to the customer.Now it's your decision to go for xolo product or not.

XoloQ1200 is worst phone. Xolo service centre is worst. I had given phone to service centre for battery problemon 6th Nov but till today there is no response. Very very bad, poor, worst service. Do not purchase xolo phones.

My phon is full of compalints.the camera is not getting work .sd card is automatically disappearing from phon. Actulay the sd card is inside in it..but the images songs ect is not inside that .and also showing abnormal sd card... Same the sim card also behaving ...
