I bought xoloQ2000 in sept last..after using for a month the microphone conked off.. I gave it to the service centre in kochi (voice plus) in November.2014 After repeated calls and loss of patience, finally called up the centre in march2015 and they told it's come. When I went there, they said they had replaced it with another phone xoloQ2500 which is cheaper than q2000. I thought replacing meant that you got the same model phone, but a new one..my ₹6000/- gone in 5 months it took to replace with a cheaper substitute.....really disappointed in the service..never will recommend this crap to anyone

If you love downloading via 2G/3G/Wi-Fi, please don't buy this phone, because this phone will stop downloading if screen turns off, so you can't save battery power.

I have been a proud owner of the Xolo Q2000 since Dec 2013. The phone has never given a problem. Has never even hung up. Seriously, not once!!!
I have rooted my phone but not applied any custom ROMs. Have a 32GB card partitioned to be used as 500MB swap and 2GB for link2sys (extends my internal phone memory partition from 1GB to 3GB!!!)
Have installed a firewall and blocked all free/adware apps. Saves a lot of data and keeps the phone working very fast!(Have more than 500 apps installed!!!)
People complaining about phone lagging.... you guys need to learn how to use a phone! ;)

XOLO Customer server is very very bad, Touch is not working ..
No body purchases this xolo Q2000 Mobiles.

Guys, I own this phone more than a year now.
Its real wonderful performance realativly with other high end priced phones. Screen HD with very good touch and camera performance is too good as far as light conditions. but at night view flash works little delay and clearity is not that good. gaming is too good as the ram is 1GB. Also apps like line, skype, viber etc works very good,, not lagging.
internal memnory is good 8Gb available is 5.44 Gb good enough.
overall nice phone in range of Rs 13k-14K.

This phone was chosen by me.. I donoddodonoddodonoddodonoddonoddodondonoddod regret my choice but I wish I could have waited for 2 monthmonths and get the xiaomi mi3( a brilliant n cheap phone)...
I've been using this phone for around 6 monuhmomonuhmomonuhmomonuhm months...
My review about it is a very fine device but not very appreciable .....
U c basically it is a brand not known to many people... U can of course get better than this..-- xiaomi redmi note oor core 2 or even lumia 525 ...
I donot remerere recommend this phone but if u wish to buy a Xolo,itit's up to u....
Conclusion-- u can do better than this with lesser price...

I bought this mobile last November. There was some display problem and I contacted service center and they replaced me a new one. This happened in June 2014. Again the same display problem . warranty also over. Will they repair my mobile

Just for the information that if I had given a mobile for repair within a warranty, and it was 1 month remaining. And it was given back to me after 3 months is warranty will extend for the three months or will it will expire.

Better try a factory reset.. Maybe the problem is from some app u already installed on playapp.. If u remember which one TRG same procedure of uninstalling the same app.. Might work. Else try factory reset. Might have to lose data of apps
