Sushant, 04 Dec 2014How to downgrade to Jelly Bean ?Hello Sushant. You have to take it Xolo service center to downgrade it to jelly beans or have to search for a custom rom of jelly beans, but then it is a very tricky and risky process so better will be you get the downgrade done from any authorised Xolo service center.

I have not upgraded to kitkat as its upgrade is not possible yet at Indore service centre . Also , I'm little weary abt the battery backup in Kitkat .

16 GB internal memory(is that a joke)you don't even get 1gb of internal memory.what actually u get is 0.97 GB of internal storage for apps.for this bug I rate it 4/5 otherwise its best phone in this price

Camera is very Good.
While taking photos click on HDR function to get HD Quality photos. Really awesome.

sun1479, 02 Dec 2014Which service center u get updated with 4gb internal?I got it done through Deprosys Technologies, Chennai.Now my Apps storage is 3.94 GB , but the OS is Kitkat 4.4.2 Beta. I am unable to update to Kitkat 4.4.2 Final version, service centre also unable to update to final Kitkat 4.4.2.
I have escalated the issue to XOLO callcentre, but so far no solution.

had been s... moreI have upgraded the Apps storage to 3.94 GB from 0.98GB through Xolo authorised service centre, Deprosys Technologies at Chennai. However, they could do it only on Kitkat 4.4.2 Beta version only, eventhough I was having Kitkat 4.4.2 Final version with 0.98 GB earlier. The service centre people told that they are unable to upgrade to Final version of Kitkat 4.4.2. When I tried to update with the Final version available in the Xolo website, I am getting ERROR message !
I am still trying with Xolo callcentre, but so far no solution.
During the time I used Final version of Kitkat, I felt it is much better and smoother than the Beta version.

1) Either get it updated to Kitkat by xolo service center by the Beta version of Kitkat which will increase your phone's internal app memory from 0.98 GB to 4 GB.
2) Downgrade to jelly beans and use Link2SD software to link all your phone's immovable apps to the sd card partition.
I am doing same thing as i have not updated my phone to Kitkat as i am happy with jelly beans and by rooting my phone by Vroot software i am able to find a possible solution to this low internal app memory issue. I don't find Jelly beans bad in any ways as i have used it almost more then a year and its pretty good. You can choose among them. I provide you with the video link which will enable you to use Link2SD software on jelly beans to link your softwares to sd card.

and did they provide you with the beta version of kitkat 4.4.2 or the final one?

I am using XOLO Q3000 for past eight months and i have upgraded to Kitkat Beta version(4.4.2) during september, however the applicaion storage was only 0.98GB (1007 MB to be exact).Last week iihave again upgraded to Kitkat final version (373MB) through Xolo update.This final version was smooth, however apps storage was same , 0.98GB.
Today through XOLO service centre, I could increase the apps storage to 3.94GB, which is a great relief to me !
However , I could get Beta version only, the service centre people told that , so far XOLO has not sent Final version to them, hence it could not done !However I am satisfied with its performance !
I am in chennai , hope this message may be useful to somebody and if any one has upgraded to final version of Kitkat 4.4.2, with apps storage 3.94GB , Pl give info !!

Hi xolo q3000 proud owners ....tell me is there only 0.98 GB for apps out of 16 GB internal ??? That's why ??? And is there way to merge or do something to mix up these internal memory and phone storage??????
I have seen 1st time this peculiar type of thing in this mobile that I have .....???
Please reply guys with a suitable answer...
